By scheduling or receiving services from Jake’s Mobile Wheel Repair (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the customer (“Customer,” “you”) agrees to the following Terms of Service.

Jake’s Mobile Wheel Repair provides mobile cosmetic automotive services, including but not limited to:

• Curb rash repair
• Cosmetic alloy wheel repair
• Wheel refinishing and repainting
• Headlight restoration
• Windshield chip repair
• Odor removal

All services are cosmetic in nature only and are performed at the Customer’s chosen location within the Metro Denver, Colorado area.

We do not perform structural, mechanical, or safety-critical repairs.

Customer agrees to provide a safe, legal, and accessible work area, including sufficient space and permission to perform services.
Jake’s Mobile Wheel Repair reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service if conditions are unsafe, illegal, or unsuitable.

• Estimates are provided prior to confirming an appointment and are based on visible damage.
• Final pricing may change if additional damage is discovered during service, and any changes will be discussed and approved by the Customer before proceeding.
• By confirming an appointment, the Customer authorizes Jake’s Mobile Wheel Repair to perform the agreed-upon services.

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of service.
• Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service.
• Failure to remit payment may result in additional fees or legal action.

Invoices are provided upon request.

Jake’s Mobile Wheel Repair offers a lifetime workmanship warranty (for as long as you own the vehicle) covering:

• Peeling or chipping of paint or clear coat
• Failures directly resulting from our repair under normal driving conditions

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Road hazards (potholes, debris, curbs, impacts)
• Chemical damage (cleaners, brake dust, road salt, car washes)
• Environmental damage or misuse
• Previous repairs or pre-existing damage
• Damage unrelated to our cosmetic repair

Warranty claims must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.

Jake’s Mobile Wheel Repair always strives for a near-perfect color and finish match. However, due to factors such as:

• Wheel age
• Sun exposure
• Factory variations
• Prior repairs

Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed.
If a perfect match is not achievable, options will be discussed with the Customer before proceeding.

Customer acknowledges that:

• All services are cosmetic only
• Jake’s Mobile Wheel Repair does not repair or assume responsibility for:
  
  • Cracked wheels
  • Bent wheels
  • Structural integrity
  • Mechanical or safety issues

Any such issues identified will be disclosed, but no structural repairs will be performed.

To the fullest extent permitted by Colorado law:

• Jake’s Mobile Wheel Repair shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

Customers are encouraged to provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

By booking or receiving services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
